How much does an initial conversation cost?
It is really important for us to understand exactly what is going on in your business before engaging any wellness solution.
We do not charge for an initial conversation and we are happy to talk to you face to face, by phone or on Zoom
What makes you different?
We are highly focussed on emotional wellbeing in the workplace. The reason for this, is most problems the impact productivity stem around emotional disturbances.
We work with a number of modalities, and tools to help employees gain insight into their own behaviour, release stress and tension and get clarity so they can see situations more clearly.
How do you deliver your workshops?
Our workshops are delivered face to face at your premises. Alternately we also offer workshops via Zoom
How many people attend your workshops
Psychological Safety is important when delivering emotional wellbeing programmes. We like to work with small groups of no more than 10, so that each individual is heard, and fully supported through the work we do.
We also offer 1-1 coaching and support services as we recognise not everyone wants to work in a group.
