At Nudge People, my work is grounded in respect, safety, and professionalism. These terms are here to ensure a clear and supportive experience for both of us.
This page covers the terms relating to all Nudge People services, including wellbeing coaching, leadership development, career support and workplace culture workshops.
Terms of Service
Nudge People supports individuals and organisations in areas including wellbeing coaching, emotional resilience, leadership development, workplace culture, team dynamics, career direction and behavioural assessments.
Sessions may include modalities such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, NLP, mindset work and hypnotherapy-based relaxation — always with consent.
Your Privacy, Consent & Wellbeing
Nudge People provides supportive personal and professional development services. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their healthcare or specialist providers wherever relevant.
Clients always remain in control of their participation. Consent is requested before using EFT or somatic techniques and may be declined at any time.
Sessions are supportive in nature and not a substitute for medical or specialist care. Clients are encouraged to continue working with relevant providers.
Sessions are confidential unless there is risk of harm or disclosure is required by law. Minimal notes are stored securely for continuity of care.
Professional Agreements
Payments & Refunds
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Programmes become non-refundable once sessions have begun, as time and space are reserved specifically for you.
If genuine hardship arises, please reach out — flexibility will always be considered with fairness.
Scheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations, non-attendance or repeated rescheduling may result in the session being charged or deducted from your package.
If you arrive late, the session will finish at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients.
Safety & Professional Boundaries
A safe and respectful environment is essential for meaningful work.
If boundaries are not respected or the work is no longer supportive, Nudge People may discontinue services.
Clients may pause or stop services at any time; unused sessions are not refundable once a programme has begun, as time and space are reserved specifically for you.
Delivery of Services (Online Sessions)
Coaching and development services may be delivered online or on-site, depending on the client’s needs and the nature of the work. Session format, location and scheduling will be agreed in advance before services begin.
For online sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring privacy and minimal interruption. For onsite engagements, organisations are responsible for providing a suitable space that supports focus, confidentiality and psychological safety.
Travel and venue costs (if applicable) will always be discussed and agreed before scheduling.
The intention of these terms is to create clarity, safety and mutual respect so that your sessions and workshops are meaningful and effective. If you ever need clarification or have concerns, communication is always welcome. My goal is to ensure you feel supported in every aspect of our work together.
