When you embark on a journey of personal transformation with me, you can expect a highly personalized approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. We’ll begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your current challenges, aspirations, and the obstacles you’re facing.

Drawing from techniques like EFT, NLP, Hypnotherapy and CBT initially with a focus on stress reduction.  We’ll create a customized plan to address your specific issues, whether they’re related to stress, anxiety, grief, or childhood trauma. Our sessions will focus on uncovering the root causes of your struggles and equipping you with practical tools to overcome them, helping you build resilience and find clarity in your life.

What can I expect when working with you?

 All of our sessions are confidential, and delivered online so you can relax in the comfort of your own home, begin your work and take time to breathe afterwards without worrying about being anywhere else.  The very first session helps us create a well understood outcome and takes around 90 minutes.  All further sessions typically take around an hour.

I will create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we collaborate to resolve and dissolve emotional stress, pain and anxiety.  I prioritize creating an environment of trust, confidentiality, and respect, where you feel comfortable working through your issues..

How do you tailor the sessions to my needs?

From the very first call, I help you gain clarity to ensure you understand your needs.  Our first session builds on this and is a stand alone session that will help you clarify your goals and gain deep insight and develop a roadmap forward.  

Once we have concluded the first session, called the Welcome Session, we embark on a six session journey where everything changes.

 

What methods do you use?

  IAs a qualified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, I often use this process as it dissolves stress very quickly and helps my clients get connected deeply into their own thought patterns.  I also use a variety of NLP, CBT , Hypnotherapy and life coaching strategies as Im also trained in these.  Think of these as a toolbox where we have the right thought tool for the job.
